Bungee Mind is our introductory bungee class where class members are introduced to the bungee harness and equipment. You will learn basic bungee movements and terminology. Expect to get a good workout, sweat a little, and leave without feeling the soreness of a regular workout. Three Bungee workout classes are required to advance to the next leveled classes.
Bring a water bottle!
Wear tighter fitting pants and a t-shirt.
Expect 10-15 minutes of harness set up at the beginning of class.
Bungee Body is all about moving and toning your body. It's a true workout! Its comparable to a HIIT or High fit workout, but with the low-impact of a bungee providing resistance.
Bring your water bottle and expect to sweat!
Cardio + Choreography = Bungee Soul.
You will move your whole soul! In this class you will get a regular workout plus develop some new dance moves that you wouldn't ordinarily be able to do without a bungee. Expect to smile, laugh and move your body while bouncing to the music. Bring your water bottle!

Aerial Mind is our introductory aerial yoga or anti-gravity class. You will learn basic moves, terminology, and will be prepared to enter the next classes. Make sure to wear a shirt with sleeves to have the best and relaxing experience! Three Aerial Mind classes are required before advancing to the next leveled classes. Bring your water bottle!
Aerial Body is an intense aerial yoga work out that will definitely make you sweat! This is our intermediate class that will expand your abilities and redefine your limits.
Aerial Soul is our expert aerial yoga / anti-gravity class. In this class you will master all poses, even if they take you upside down!

Let your kids express themselves in a new way! They will learn step by step hip hop moves to upbeat and clean music in a fun and energetic atmosphere. This is a beginners class and will be instructed to individual skill level.
